Question: Mayo and relish make tartar sauce. ketchup and horseradish make cocktail sauce. what are some others?

When you mix mayo and sweet relish together, it makes the traditional tartar sauce. mayo and dill relish make the tartar sauce they serve at Golden Corral and Frisch's Big Boy. Ketchup, Mayo, and sweet relish make Thousand Island Dressing. Now I know there must be some other really cool combos that I know nothing about. Have any? (They don't have to be famous, they can be local faves like the white sauce at some japanese restaurants...I have no idea what's in that). |
