Unlikely bacteria produces at a staggering rate once chilled food especially meat is left out i wouldnt feel confident saying they would be ok sorry

I wouldn't serve them personally. They'll have got warm and with meat (especially pork and chicken) that's not good.

No cayse you risk decontamination and germs

I would toss them. Not worth the risk. l0 hours is a long time to leave meat out.

Nope food especially meat should only be left out for 2 hours before it can be infested with bacteria that can give you Food Poisoning and stuff like that.

Anything left out more than 2 hours should be tossed. Keep hot foods above 140 degrees (Fahrenheit) and cold foods below 40 degrees (fahrenheit).
